Hopebridge EZ-INTAKE™ is a simple, step-by-step process to becoming a Hopebridge patient. We work with you to make your family’s experience exceptional. Each step of the process is outlined to give you a better understanding of the back and forth flow and information necessary for services to begin with Hopebridge. Please note that each step can vary in time to complete and can be as quick as 48 hours or as long as 4-6 weeks.
Once Hopebridge has received a referral from your child’s physician for therapy, we will contact you within 48 hours to verify basic information.
INSURANCE COVERAGE CONFIRMED
A Hopebridge Insurance Advocate will verify that your child is covered by insurance for potentially recommended therapy. Therapy cannot be guaranteed until your child has had an evaluation. The Insurance Advocate will contact your insurance company to obtain approval for an evaluation.
Once your child has been approved by insurance for an evaluation, a licensed therapist will evaluate your child and recommend services for treatment based on their individual needs (called a Plan of Care). Someone from our scheduling department will reach out to you to schedule an evaluation.
If your child is recommended for services, Hopebridge will contact your doctor and insurance company to obtain approval of your child’s recommended Plan of Care. We appreciate your patience during this step of the process, since the length of time is dependent on your insurance company.
Once your child has been approved by insurance for therapy, someone from our scheduling department will contact you to schedule your first therapy appointment.
