DESCRIPTION:CE Credits: 2 CE (2 SUP)\n\nEvent Description\n\nIt is the resp
 onsibility of every ABA supervisor to provide efficacious supervision to c
 urrent and prospective certificants (BACB\, 2014). The ABA Supervision Han
 dbook offers a systematic method for training professional behavior analys
 ts to acquire clinical competency. In addition\, it provides a means to ev
 aluate ongoing supervisee performance of the skills listed within the 5th 
 edition task list. In doing so\, The ABA Supervision Handbook allows for t
 he identification of supervisees’ mastered skills and areas of improveme
 nt\, helps to structure the supervision experience and operationalize the 
 practice of supervision\, provides competency-based measures\, and helps f
 ulfill the supervisor's duty to develop ethical and data-based decision-ma
 king systems (4.06\; BACB\, 2020). As a result\, organizations and individ
 uals will benefit from improved supervisory practices and training compete
 nt\, ethical practitioners. This workshop will therefore focus on teaching
  participants how to use the Handbook to structure\, train\, and evaluate 
 supervisees’ experiences\, including the presentation of scenarios to pr
 actice using the competency and ethical decision-making instruments.\n\n 	
 Participants will learn to assess the supervisee’s baseline skills\n 	Pa
 rticipants will learn to prioritize core skills\n 	Participants will utili
 ze competency-based assessments\n 	Participants will utilize an ethics flo
 wchart to teach decision making processes\n 	Participants will identify wa
