SUMMARY:Enhancing Supervisory Skills: A Supervision Panel for BCBAs
DESCRIPTION:In this CE event\, participants will learn about the key compon
 ents of effective supervision for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs
 ) from three highly experienced supervisors. Panelists will provide strate
 gies for promoting a positive supervisory relationship\, using tools and r
 esources to support the supervisory experience\, and addressing challengin
 g supervision situations. This workshop is designed for current BCBAs who 
 supervise ABA students or RBTs or are interested in becoming supervisors. 
 By the end of the workshop\, participants will have a better understanding
  of how to provide high-quality supervision that supports the growth and s
