ylor Thomas\, Regional BCBA at Hopebridge\, MA\, BCBA\nI have never known
a life without autism.  My older brother is autistic and one of my earlie
st memories was finding an activity that was mutually enjoyable (the swing
). From my perspective\, I needed to change the way I approached him in or
der to build a relationship- little did I know this would shape my career
and lifelong passions.  I stumbled upon ABA at the recommendation of a pr
ofessor while looking for a meaningful career\; the graduate program and j
ob description had me at "autism". Over the last nine years at Hopebridge\
, I have had nearly every role within the ABA department and am now happy
to serve as the Regional BCBA in Florida. My passion is to apply the "lear
n by listening" approach to as many service providers as possible to suppo
rt our mission of access to quality care and the opportunity to live "the
best life possible".\nNOTE - INTERNAL TRAINING:\nThis training is for Hope
bridge employees only. Registration for this event must be done with a Hop
ebridge account. To learn more about this training and other opportunities
