DESCRIPTION:As a BCBA\, you’re expected to do it all. And with the rapid 
 growth in ABA services\, the list of responsibilities for BCBAs continues 
 to grow. You may be asked to be proficient in dozens of areas\, including 
 some you were not adequately trained for\, or trained in at all.\n\nDuring
  this event\, we will explore the concept of BCBA specialists and what a s
 pecialist model could look like. We will take a new look at old problems a
 nd explore how shifting the paradigm could improve quality outcomes.\n\nLe
 arning Objectives \n\n1. Explore the current system that generates BCBAs
  and the shortcomings in that process and the issues it can create.\n\n2.
  What would a Specialist BCBA model look like?\n\n3. How this new model 
 can solve for many issues we currently face in the delivery of ABA.
