  1. What is the HB Portal, and how does it work? The HB Portal is an online platform designed to streamline and enhance your family’s Hopebridge experience. It allows you to access a range of services, including the ability to fill out forms, connect to the billing portal, view and schedule appointments, and review resources from Hopebridge.
  2. How do I access my account on the HB Portal? Check your email. You should have received an email invitation from noreply@salesforce.com. If you did not receive the invitation, check your spam or junk folders. To register for the HB Portal, open the email and accept the invitation. Follow the prompts to provide your personal information and password. Once registered, you can log in to access the portal’s features. If you cannot find the email, call (855) 324-0885 Option 2 and Option 2, or email feedback@hopebridge.com.
  3. Can I use the HB Portal to schedule appointments with Hopebridge? Yes, the HB Portal allows select people to schedule diagnostic and evaluation appointments. Navigate to the “Appointments” section, then “Appointment Scheduling” tab. If you see “…has no self-scheduling assignments,” then you are not eligible for self-scheduling.
    If you see the Self-Scheduling tab prompt you to select an appointment type or time slot, then you are eligible to self-schedule. Choose your preferred date and time, and confirm the appointment. You may also receive appointment reminders through the portal.
  4. How do I reset my password on the HB Portal? If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password through the email address associated with your account. Ensure that your new password meets the specified security requirements.
  5. Can I access the HB Portal on my mobile device? Yes, the HB Portal is designed to be accessible on various devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  6. Is the HB Portal available 24/7? The portal is accessible 24/7, allowing you to manage your child’s information at your convenience. However, specific services and support are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. In case of emergencies, please contact emergency services directly.
