Hopebridge provides a wide range of pediatric therapy services for the treatment of autism and other developmental delays.

Thanks to our incredible Hopebridge heroes, we are able to provide the most effective personalized treatment plans to enhance skill development in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ages 15 months to 10 years. Our center-based model provides Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with access to cutting-edge technology resources and materials, as well as clinical support that is unrivaled in the industry. Dedicated patient intake, billing and insurance coordinators are also part of our team, allowing you to remain patient-focused and spend your time helping children reach and celebrate milestones.

  • Your entire caseload in one place – no need to travel between patients!
  • Opportunity to practice and learn alongside a vast number of peer BCBAs, plus receive support from an ABA director and regional BCBA resources
  • Close collaboration with other clinicians on an interdisciplinary therapy team that combines the expertise of ABA, occupational, speech and feeding therapies*
  • Access to a variety of settings and equipment to serve a range of behaviors and skills, from structured sessions, to more spontaneous natural environment training
  • Dedicated patient intake, billing, insurance and scheduling teams to keep your focus on your patients rather than administrative issues

Additional BCBA Support

  • Opportunities to participate in Grand Rounds (Interdisciplinary Clinical Review Team) with distinguished external and internal experts to discuss challenges with patients
  • Ability to earn CEUs and additional training through internal workshops, roundtables, webinars, including directly through Hopebridge, which is a designated Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider by the BACB
  • Regular discussion and collaboration with fellow Hopebridge BCBAs on clinical strategy, supervision techniques and ABA methodology
  • Opportunity to expand the field of behavior analysis by providing supervision to future BCBAs through mentoring and coaching, plus support from an ABA trainer within your center
  • Your supervision of RBTs in the Hopebridge Fellowship Program in Behavior Analysis, which supports student experience hours in compliance with BACB standards
  • Supplemental training and continuing education opportunities
  • Face-to-face meetings with executive management who listen to feedback for improvement
