Are you a Licensed Psychologist or Developmental Pediatrician with special strengths in the area of child and adolescent assessment and intervention? We want you to join our team of superheroes! We offer full-time, part-time and contract opportunities.

As part of Hopebridge’s clinical psychology team, you will serve a key role in our organization as a diagnostician and billing provider, conducting evaluations and, within some states, you will be overseeing treatment-planning for patients receiving ABA therapy.

You will collaborate with other specialists and industry experts in the world of diagnostics, applied behavior analysis (ABA), occupational and speech therapy. There are opportunities to mentor budding professionals and help shape their development – in addition to that of the children they care for – by sharing feedback and ideas on challenging cases through our Grand Rounds forum.

Diagnostic Tools

Whether you’re serving our children in a full-time role at Hopebridge or working with us as a contractor, you will have access to dedicated diagnostic testing rooms at our clinics, in addition to all the tools you’ll need for the assessment. We are looking for psychologists who are familiar with or willing to learn the following testing tools:

Contract Positions

If you are looking for a more flexible option than a full-time position would allow, some of our Hopebridge centers hire contractors for diagnostic testing. From several days per month to one day a week, let us handle the scheduling for you so you can focus on conducting the evaluation and documenting results.

Interested in a path as a BCBA?

If the behavioral therapy that comes after the autism diagnosis sounds more appealing to you, a path towards becoming a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) might be the path for you. Our BCBAs craft and supervise individualized ABA therapy programs designed to build the foundational skills for children to lead their most fulfilling lives. We are always looking for passionate and creative professionals to add to our growing team, and a background or degree in psychology is a great match for those interested in becoming BCBAs.
