Your child already means the world to us.
You’ve already taken the first step to getting support for your child and beginning their therapy journey.
Our Hopebridge Care and Benefits Team will connect with you soon to talk about the treatment options available for your child. Please check your email inbox for your next communications.
Please have your child’s physician fax a prescription for speech and or occupational therapy to (317) 520-8200, which is required prior to starting services. Once we receive the prescription and verify benefits, our Care and Benefits team will reach out to you to schedule the initial evaluation.

About Outpatient Therapies
Hopebridge offers individualized therapy plans for each child we serve. Treatment frequency and duration are determined and requested by the evaluating clinician at the time of the evaluation, but our speech and occupational therapy programs range from 30-60 minutes per day, 1-3 times per week.
