Meet Center Manager, Tiffany White, M.Ed

Tiffany has been with Hopebridge since 2019 after completing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Before Hopebridge, she served as a Behavioral Therapist at a different provider where she work one-on-one with children on the spectrum. Her undergrad degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University paved the way for Tiffany to enter the industry. As the Center Manager of the Scottsdale location, Tiffany has a passion for her patients, staff, and center.

Direct Care Team

A Team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

An RBT is a paraprofessional who is part of a broader care team for individuals with autism. RBTs are certified to provide direct, one-on-one therapy to children with autism using applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy). These team members go through a certification process – a 40-hour training course, RBT competency test and RBT exam.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Overseeing Care

A Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), is a master’s degree or higher behavior professional certified by the BACB. Multiple RBTs collaborate with a BCBA, who designs, supervises and analyzes treatment plans. During a child’s therapy journey, they conduct detailed behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.

Some BCBAs are Clinical Directors that have gone through skill-based competency lists, self-guided learning modules, self-assessments, observation, and more to be promoted as a leader in their center.

Trainers

While ABA trainers aren’t always involved in direct therapy, they play an important role in our quality of care. You’d see them filling in for RBTs, helping onboard new staff, coaching other team members, and other support tasks.

Fellows (In-Training)

Hopebridge’s scale allows us to actively contribute to the training of future autism professionals. Our centers provide a unique learning environment where graduate students, working as RBTs, gain practical experience under BCBA supervision. This commitment to education strengthens our team and ensures your child benefits from a highly knowledgeable and dedicated care approach.
