When parents learn their child has autism spectrum disorder (ASD), their first thoughts go to the diagnosis’ impact on their kid’s life. Soon after, other questions rush in, such as:
“What does autism mean for our family?”
“What kind of therapy is best for autism?”
“What does ABA therapy cost and how will we pay for it?”
At Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, we want to take any worries around finances off the table. In addition to accepting a vast range of private insurance plans and Medicaid, Hopebridge recently partnered with CarePayment, a company that specializes in enabling patients to pay for their healthcare with a 0.00% APR solution. In layman’s terms, we now offer flexible payment plans at no additional cost to our families.
“Our goal at Hopebridge is to help children with autism flourish,” said Hopebridge Chief Executive Officer Dennis May. “We want to ensure all families are able to access the care their children need, especially during these difficult financial times. Partnering with CarePayment allows us to offer families affordable payment plans with low monthly payments and no interest. It’s truly been a lifeline for many of the families we serve.”
Through the CarePayment plan, Hopebridge offers a long-term financing option with no application, no impact to credit score and no pre-payment penalties. The zero-percent interest is not an introductory rate and rather applies for the all payments on the initial charges. Monthly payments can be as low as $25, depending on the balance left after insurance.
All Hopebridge families qualify for the program, which is intended to help them finance their out-of-pocket costs after insurance coverage. Each caregiver is treated with respect throughout the process; provided with convenient ways to pay, including text, mail, phone and secure portal. They also have access to CarePayment’s compassionate customer care center 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in addition to Hopebridge’s own Care and Benefits Coordinators for guidance.
If you’re thinking, “what’s the catch?”—there isn’t one. Hopebridge chose to sponsor CarePayment for our clients because we are committed to our kiddos’ health and well-being. We want to make sure we do everything we can to get them the treatment they need for more independent, fulfilling lives, without financial concerns standing in the way.
The Hopebridge team evaluated several options to help parents manage their child’s health expenses and believe this credible, respected partner is best for the families we serve. CarePayment is a healthcare finance company; not a collection agency or credit card company.
If your child currently receives autism services at Hopebridge and you have questions about how you can utilize CarePayment’s financing options for billing, please contact our team at (855) 324-0885.
