We know we’re here at Hopebridge to make others’ lives better. What often surprises new team members is that the benefits are reciprocal. Our behavior therapists say the kids pass on their own lessons and alter lives too – teaching others patience, to get past egos, and to be who they are with no apologies.

Does this sound like a career that is meant for you? As an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Hopebridge, you will serve as a critical member of a multidisciplinary team, sharing learning strategies and exchanging knowledge to build life skills for our children. It is an opportunity to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, responsible for implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans. Understanding progress is key, so we offer leading technology to help compile all notes and analyze data.

Throughout these processes, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) provide support and direction for the children you work with (and you!) to master new skills. Other perks include opportunities for research, continuing education, mentorship from leaders on our Clinical Support Team and putting bright smiles on our kids’ faces!

You’re on a meaningful journey toward a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We want to serve as the bridge to get you there.

As an associate consultant (AC) at Hopebridge, you will experience providing ABA to our children under the direct supervision of one of our brilliant and accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). This is a chance to observe therapy sessions, think strategically, prepare and maintain records pertaining to evaluation and treatment plans. You will also have leadership opportunities to provide clinical guidance to ABA therapists and RBTs.

Beyond helping to create exciting new lives for these children, one of the biggest benefits is the learning environment that stems from the interaction across disciplines, thanks to the integrated Hopebridge360™ program. Other perks include mentorship from BCBAs, access to research and Clinical Support Teams, and fluency in baselining skills through cutting-edge ABA assessment tools.

Hopebridge is the place you can become someone’s hero. It’s where you will inspire smiles and life-changing experiences. You’ll thrive in the collaborative culture, surrounded by other experts working across disciplines to enhance treatment for kids as well as your own skillset. You will have the backing of an unrivaled Clinical Support Team – some of the brightest minds in the field – to offer ideas and coaching on challenging cases. It’s an opportunity to work alongside other researchers and clinicians throughout the country to advance awareness, development and access to behavior analysis.

What’s a day in the life for a Hopebridge BCBA? Of course no one day is like another, which is part of the beauty of this profession, but here’s a snapshot of what you can expect:

BCBAs create behavior plans, modify Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) and analyze progress. With support from your team of RBTs, there is hands-on instruction, motivation and assistance, all in an atmosphere designed to optimize ABA. In addition to using fully-equipped gyms, kitchens, indoor and outdoor play areas, some days also include facilitating natural environment training. To help you through it all, you’ll have access to cutting-edge technology like electronic data collection systems, and real-time dashboards for immediate feedback and tracking of key performance indicators.

Still not convinced? Extra Hopebridge perks include sign-on and monthly bonuses, tuition reimbursement, continuing education stipends and best of all, daily high fives from our kids!

Besides being the reason for kids’ smiling faces each day, one of the key reasons to work for Hopebridge is the chance to work alongside other experts in complementing fields. The Hopebridge360™ program not only provides these kids nearly everything and everyone they need in one place, it opens lines of communication and knowledge for professionals like you.

We are always looking for licensed professionals in occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, physical therapy and psychology to add to our growing teams so we can offer care to every child who walks through our doors.

What is it like to work with Hopebridge? It’s dedication to providing the highest quality care for those most in need. It’s celebrating the big successes, but also the “little wins” that mean the world to families. It is access to fully-equipped gyms, kitchens, indoor and outdoor play areas, but also facilitating natural environment training so skills are reproduced outside Hopebridge walls. It’s being someone’s hero, and sometimes learning your own hero is only a few feet tall.

If that’s not enough, Hopebridge offers chances to be part of continuing education programs, research studies and clinical support from other thought leaders across various industries.

Our Values

Hope

Children with autism and their families are faced with challenges beyond those experienced by their neurotypical peers. At Hopebridge, we developed our services to meet these kids wherever they are in their journey. Together, we serve as a bridge for them to become their best selves. Even in the most severe situations, we believe there is hope for a healthier, happier life, and we have the confidence to help them reach it.

Opportunity

Our atmosphere is designed to promote personal and professional growth, in addition to that of the children we work with each day. Each member of the Hopebridge team is valued for his or her contribution and given the tools to continue expanding it. We enjoy our work and the opportunity to learn alongside fellow disciplines. And we always make time to celebrate accomplishments.

Productivity

While serving others is our mission, we realize we cannot do this without operating an efficient and profitable company. Through good business practices – backed by passionate efforts – we are able to assure steady employment for our team and industry-leading therapy for these children.

Excellence

We are team players who share a unified mission. We work together across therapies and locations to provide the highest quality, most effective care possible. We strive for excellence in everything we do, which is proven by the outcomes we see in the families we serve.

“By the time I hit my desk, I’ve already had 5 high fives, head rubs, noogies and side hugs. How many other jobs make a person that happy from the moment they walk in?”

Martin Myers - BCBA

“One day it just clicked for one of my kids... using the bathroom, participating in independent work, taking herself to line up. We got her to understand she could do it by herself. Those are the moments I live for. It was awesome to see her life change.”

Jamie Hill - BCBA

“I love the multidisciplinary approach here at Hopebridge. It’s an awesome feeling when all disciplines (PT, OT, ST, and ABA) come together to improve the quality of life for a child and their family.”

Stephanie Ramos - M.A., CCC-SLP

"In Physical Therapy the development of gross motor activities and the ability to participate in activities with peers is critical for children. I love being part of the team at Hopebridge as both a Physical Therapist and Center Manager. It’s a unique way that I’m able to help improve an individual child's life as well as help all of the kiddos we serve."

Leslie Hillis - Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist

“I have enjoyed the successes of our clients the most. When you are part of a child's development, there is a professional and personal fulfillment in that. Hopebridge has been the catalyst in which I am able to provide the highest quality OT for children of all ages.”
