Hopebridge Reflects on Continued Success in Care for Children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities

As we wrap up our 20th year of service in 2025, we’re sending a huge round of virtual high-fives, dance parties and cheers to everyone who made this year so impactful through countless small – but no less extraordinary – victories.

Our Hopebridge team is taking a moment to celebrate the incredible wins and milestones achieved over the past year. From families sharing joyful “firsts” to Hopebridge team members embracing new roles and opportunities, it was a year full of growth, progress and opened doors for our children, caregivers, clinicians and community.

 

 

How Families Found Success at Hopebridge in 2025

For a peek into this year’s progress for our kids, we served 11,700+ families in —including 7 new centers in 2025! Want to know what these numbers mean to the community?

• Delivered 4.1 million+ therapy hours, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech-language therapy and occupational therapy
• Completed 14,000+ evaluations for autism testing, ABA, speech and OT
• Hosted 34,000+ family guidance sessions to connect with and better serve our patients’ families
• Though children living in low-income areas are 80% less likely to be identified with autism than children in affluent areas**, Hopebridge leads the industry in caring for families living at or below the poverty line by more than 28%, when compared to peer providers.

Through the power of collaboration and the dedication of our team, our Hopebridge kiddos made meaningful strides this year. Here are some of the things families have shared with us about their child’s progress in 2025:

• “Hopebridge has truly changed our lives. When my child first started, she was completely non-verbal. In just three months, she has begun consistently pointing and tapping for attention, using sign language, and speaking more and more words every day. The progress we’ve seen has been life-changing.”
• “My son has been here for a little over 3 months and has made significant progress with speech, social interaction and potty training. [The] program and treatment plan has been monumental to my kid’s success.”
• “They are not just helping/teaching my son but us as well. I don’t know what I do without them. I have seen my son blossom to someone that I never thought would have been possible.”
  • “I’m writing this in tears as today is the last day my princess will be attending here. It is bittersweet. I pray that this opens up a spot for another kiddo to receive the life changing services that this facility offers. The staff from management to BCBA’s to RBT’s have left me speechless. Clinicians and Others from Hopebridge’s Caring Crew Advance Careers at Hopebridge

At Hopebridge, “Learn & Grow” isn’t solely one of our cultural cornerstones—we’re living it daily. Just as 2025 was a year of growth for our children, it was also a year for our team to shine. Here is what professional development looked like for our BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, psychologists, RBTs, ABA students and more at Hopebridge:

• There was growth at all levels and departments for our team, with a whopping 5,453 internal promotions! From the BCBA Career Pathway to shifts to roles in operations, our team members took some big steps along the career ladder.
• We expanded our team with an exciting 6,400+ new hires this year.
• It was a wealth of learning, with a range of ways for our clinicians to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from in-house thought leaders—all free of cost to our team! This included 11 BehaviorLive CE events, 1,255 hours of learning through the Bridge Program, and 300+ CEs issued in the PFA/SBT cohort.
• Hopebridge received (and honored!) 200+ requests for professional development courses from our OTs and SLPs.
• Beyond providing development opportunities to our own team members, Hopebridge thought leaders led 15 conference presentations throughout the year.
• 400 students were enrolled in our Fellowship Program for behavior analysis, with 54 Fellows passing the BCBA exam and completing the program.
• 38 students completed clinical rotations at Hopebridge through the outpatient therapies fieldwork experience for occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and physical therapy.
• Hopebridge increased access to care and supported 5,000+ ABA therapists through the process of getting credentialed as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

As we reflect on the past year and two decades before that, we’re filled with gratitude for the strength of our kids and community. With our families, we’ve embraced challenges, celebrated successes, and most importantly, continued to build a foundation of support and understanding.
