Adventure For All will host a FREE Intro to Biking workshop where participants will learn multiple skill-based progressions to ride a bike independently.
“Our goal goes beyond riding a bike, and we want to empower and inspire participants to find the confidence and independence needed to live a more purposeful life. We hope to inspire a growth mindset and a love for adventure through the transformative power of the bike.
We also want to demonstrate the benefits of biking for this population and to disrupt the current societal beliefs of their capabilities. Even though riding a two-wheel bicycle is seen as impossible for exceptional individuals, AFA has a 100% success rate. We seek to continue to advocate for a better future with more choices and opportunities.”
It is for this population to be seen for their abilities, not their disabilities!
