Parenting the ADHD Brain:
A Therapeutic Skills Group for Parents

Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. The Hopebridge Psychology Team invites you to join our new in-person parent skills group designed to help families better understand the ADHD brain and learn practical strategies that support success at home and at school.

An ADHD diagnosis is required to participate. An autism diagnosis is NOT required to participate.

Group Schedule Beginning in April

This weekly group will be held in person at our Winston-Salem location (130 Charlois Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103) from 5:00–6:00 PM on Wednesdays. Each session will provide guidance, tools, and space to connect with other parents who understand the journey. Limited to children under the age of 10.

Insurance may cover this group therapy.
