Leadership: Define Your Style CE

Being an effective supervisor has become a growing interest and need within the ABA field. However, leadership skills is an area that is not usually taught with course work. Yet, so many of us are promoted to positions that push us into being a leader not just a supervising BCBA. But what makes someone a leader? How do we become good, no, a great leader? Through Leadership: Define your Style!; we will look into different leaderships and the behaviors that are associated with these styles, how to identify those leadership styles in yourself, your strengths and areas of growth in leadership, and how to measure your own leadership behaviors.
