Expanded Hours for Hopebridge
In an effort to provide the best experience possible for our patients, Hopebridge will be extending our ABA Therapy service hours beginning October 16, 2017. The extended hours will offer staggered drop off and pickup times, allowing for more quality interactions between our families and therapists in a quieter, more productive setting.* By increasing the afternoon therapy hours, we are now able to provide therapy to the full extent that was prescribed and recommended for each child.
Overall, clinic hours will remain 9:00AM-6:00PM. The new extended hours apply only to ABA patients and will be as follows:
|Full-Time Patients||9:00AM – 4:00PM||9:00AM – 4:30PM|
|Part-Time Morning Patients||9:00AM – 1:00PM||8:30AM – 12:30PM|
|Part-Time Afternoon Patients||1:00PM – 4:00PM||1:00PM – 5:00PM|
Aside from extended hours, clinical operations will not change. We want to assure you that your child’s therapy is of the utmost importance to us and will not be interrupted. A Hopebridge team member will contact you beginning September 25th to make the necessary schedule changes.
Thank you for your continued friendship, business and the opportunity to serve you. You are very important to us and we look forward to providing your child with the best service possible. If you have additional comments or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your Clinic Manager.
* Timely drop off and pick up are critical to each child’s success in their ABA program to ensure appropriate transfer of child to parent with review of necessary notes. Please make sure to arrive ten minutes prior to pick up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are we extending the hours?
To provide the best experience possible for our patients and families. Extending the hours allows us to provide a better patient experience, meet our families’ scheduling needs, and provide as much therapy as we can to our kiddos who need it.
How will this affect me?
- The expanded hours offer staggered drop off and pickup times, allowing for more individualized time with your child’s therapist in a quieter, more productive setting.
- Your child will be able to receive as many hours of therapy that have been prescribed and approved by insurance.
Will this cost me any more?
This will not impact the way in which your insurance reimburses for these services. Should you have any further questions, please call Heather LaRocco, Hopebridge Insurance Advocate, at (317) 794-3233.
Is the change in hours required?
Yes, this new schedule allows us to provide as much needed therapy that has been prescribed and approved by insurance to our children. The extended hours also give each family more individualized time with their therapist at pick up and drop off.
