Let us lighten the load

It all starts with a referral. You or your child’s physician can send referrals to us by phone, fax or the “Get Started” contact form here on our site. Within 48 business hours, our intake team will respond to record the patient’s health and insurance information.

Following the intake process, one of our Care and Benefits Coordinators will verify your child’s insurance benefits and discuss them to ensure you understand the benefits covered and out-of-pocket expenses (if any!) right from the start. Once you are comfortable and confirm the next steps, our team works to obtain pre-authorization for the diagnostic and/or therapeutic evaluation.

When evaluations are completed, should you choose to continue with therapy with Hopebridge, our Care and Benefits team will handle any final authorization information needed. Then, onboarding managers can work with you to schedule a start date. Our team really makes it as simple as that!

Have Coverage Questions?

Cost options beyond traditional insurance

Every child with autism deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, independent life. Finances should not be a burden on the ability to receive therapy.

Medicaid
In addition to major medical, Hopebridge works with Medicaid. Recognition and funding of autism-related services has come a long way since the start of ABA, and we are proud to have played an active role in that process. Families who go this route through Hopebridge are expected to receive 100 percent coverage of their services.

Financial Assistance Program
If you do not have insurance or Medicaid, or your out-of-pocket expenses are taking a toll on your family, there are still options available to you. Talk to one of our Care and Benefits Coordinators about applying for Hopebridge’s financial assistance program, which provides aid to families who meet certain eligibility criteria.
