Hopebridge provides a wide range of pediatric therapy services for the treatment of autism and other developmental delays.

BCBA Support

  • Team structure includes support from your own ABA Trainer, Associate Consultant, and more than 60 regional BCBA resources
  • Hopebridge offers a Clinical Support Team of industry experts to provide ideas and coaching
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in Grand Rounds (Interdisciplinary Clinical Review Team) with outside experts to discuss challenging patients
  • Regular discussions and collaboration with fellow Hopebridge BCBAs on clinical strategy, supervision techniques, and ABA methodology, including internal workshops to acquire additional training and CEUs
  • You will provide supervision to RBT employees in the Behavior Analysis Fellowship (BAF) Program, which supports student experience hours in compliance with BACB standards
  • Your training and continued education are supplemented through Hopebridge University, our online learning management tool
  • Your voice will be heard through face-to-face meetings with executive management who listen to feedback for improvement
  • Hopebridge patient intake, billing, and insurance teams to keep your focus on your patients, not on insurance and billing issues
  • You will have the opportunity to work for an organization that strives for excellence by becoming a CARF accredited provider
