A Parent’s Guide to Smiles & Skills

We have heard from many parents that they are afraid of putting a “label” on their child. We heard they are nervous for what it means for the future of their family. What we haven’t heard? Not one person has come back to tell us they wish their child hadn’t been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Is ABA Therapy Covered Under My Insurance? What Other Options Do I Have?

You might have questions about insurance coverage for autism therapy services. Hopebridge families have more than one path to obtain the care they need. Available coverage options include:

  • Commercial Health Insurance
We accept a vast range of commercial insurance plans and work to constantly expand our relationships. Plus, our Care and Benefits Coordinators help facilitate the autism treatment coverage available through your plan.
  • Medicaid
Accessible care is part of our core vision, which is why we participate in Medicaid. If a child qualifies for Medicaid and the plan covers ABA therapy, there typically will not be out-of-pocket costs.

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder?

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is exactly that – a spectrum – that leads to unique strengths and challenges for each individual.
