The Hopebridge 360 Care model combines the diverse superpowers of our therapy team.

Here, we’re all someone’s hero. Because of the Hopebridge 360 Care culture, we’re able to provide these kids everything they need in one place,* from occupational therapy and speech and language pathology, to physical therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a benefit to our therapists, too, as it opens the lines of communication, knowledge and collaboration between licensed professionals in complementary fields.

Occupational Therapy

Maybe you want to focus on pediatric occupational therapy, or more specifically, kids with autism and developmental disorders. Perhaps you want to move to center-based therapy for access to fully equipped gyms, kitchens and bathrooms. It could be the interdisciplinary, collaborative atmosphere that piqued your interest. Or maybe it’s just time for a change of pace. Whatever your reason for considering Hopebridge, we welcome your expertise with open arms.

In our CARF-accredited centers, you’ll have access to the facilities, supplies and technology and you need to focus on enhancing child development. Our occupational therapists have support from certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA) and close communication across disciplines with peer professionals.

Speech & Language Therapy

What does it mean to be a Hopebridge SLP and provide speech therapy for children? It’s helping kids express themselves through Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and enabling a parent to hear, “mom,” for the first time. It’s adding a new food to the toleration menu and seeing a child introduce himself to a new friend. Every day is something new!

In addition to getting to work with these special kiddos every day, a job at one of our CARF-accredited Hopebridge centers also includes dedicated teams that handle patient intake, billing and insurance to keep your focus on the children and therapy rather than administrative issues.

You’ll also experience collaboration with BCBAs and other fellow therapists, opening the channels for regular discussion on clinical strategy, supervision techniques and methodology to advance your practice.
