It may be a new year, but our âresolutionsâ arenât much different than years past ⊠and weâre really good about keeping them! One of our intentions for this year is to continue to expand our reach to meet the growing need for pediatric autism services around the country. To do this, we have plans to hire more than 4,000 Hopebridge Heroes in 2022. This includes opening up to 40 new centers, bringing these new jobs in autism therapy to more than 140 locations in 2022.
âWith the CDCâs recent news that the rate of autism spectrum disorder has increased to 1 in 44 children**, itâs imperative that access to quality services expands alongside it,â said our Hopebridge CEO, Dennis May. âIn order to give these children the best possible care during their key developmental years, Hopebridge is bringing passionate, qualified behavioral health clinicians even closer to home for many of these families who require more support as they embark on their autism journeys.â
To widen our reach for diagnostic services and one-on-one therapy this year, we plan to hire at least 400 Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA), 3,500 registered behavior technicians (RBT), and up to 100 clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists (SLP) and other industry professionals.
âThe âGreat Resignationâ has influenced career paths for many, however Hopebridge has allowed our teammates the chance to create new, fulfilling careers,â said Hopebridge Chief Human Resource Officer Leigh Crick. âOur employees are able to advance along their career paths both vertically and laterally through on-the-job-training, continuing education and collaboration with other disciplines, in addition to new job opportunities that are unique to Hopebridge. Weâre looking for passionate individuals that want to make a difference in a childâs life.â
Part of this yearâs expansion is due to our new partnership with Autism in Motion Clinics (AIM). We connected with AIM Clinics in 2021, enabling our two brands to enhance the lives of even more individuals with autism through our combined efforts. Hiring will continue in AIMâs services areas, with new hires expected in Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas and North Carolina, in addition to Hopebridgeâs new and existing locations in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio.
As an added perk to working with some pretty amazing children, Hopebridge offers a unique and collaborative, interdisciplinary approach. This 360 Care model enables the team to create personalized plans of care aimed at meeting the needs of each child through diagnostics, applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.Â
What can job candidates expect once they accept a job and choose to grow their careers with Hopebridge?Â
In addition to creating new jobs in the new year, Hopebridgeâs dedication to growth and learning for both its children and its employees stems from a range of career advancement opportunities at all levels.
Those looking to elevate their careers from within Hopebridge have access to:
While our centers and special programs provide intimate work environments that lead to close-knit connections, the experience and size of our greater autism therapy network also allows us to offer full-time employment that includes competitive health insurance, 401K options, vacation and holiday benefits.
Are you looking for a more fulfilling career to help others while enhancing your own skills? Then we want to meet you! We are looking for more passionate individuals to add to our team of superheroes.
